1. General Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phoenixgame platform, including the website at phoenixgame.vu, the mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform in any way, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use phoenixgame, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are physically located in the Philippines.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active phoenixgame account.
• You have not previously had a phoenixgame account suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a phoenixgame employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

phoenixgame may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. You agree to cooperate fully with verification requests, which may include providing a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documentation as reasonably required.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one account on phoenixgame. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held within them.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes:

• Keeping your username, password, and OTP codes confidential.
• Ensuring no other person accesses your account, including family members.
• Notifying phoenixgame support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your registered mobile number and email address current and accessible.

phoenixgame uses OTP (one-time password) verification for logins and sensitive account actions. You must have access to your registered mobile number to complete OTP verification. If you change your mobile number, update your account details promptly to avoid being locked out.

phoenixgame will never ask you to share your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phoenixgame are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via Philippine e-wallets (GCash, Maya) and local bank transfers. No currency conversion is applied — your balance always reflects PHP values directly.

Key points regarding financial transactions:

• Deposits are credited to your account balance once payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the procedures described on the Withdrawal page.
• You may only withdraw funds to an account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

• Funds deposited on the Platform are held for betting purposes only. phoenixgame is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.

If a deposit fails after funds have left your payment account, please contact support with your transaction reference. phoenixgame will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the payment provider.

5. Betting Rules and Settlement

All bets placed on phoenixgame are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules may also apply and are displayed within the relevant betting sections of the Platform.

• Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply to that bet, regardless of any subsequent changes to the odds.
• Bets placed on events that have already started or concluded may be voided at the platform's discretion.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, phoenixgame reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake to the player's account balance.
• Live in-play bets are subject to brief delays in acceptance. A bet is only confirmed when the system issues a confirmation — a pending status does not guarantee acceptance.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance and can be used for further betting or withdrawn subject to any applicable conditions.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not reach a natural conclusion, bets may be voided and stakes returned according to the relevant sport rules displayed on the Platform.

phoenixgame actively monitors accounts for unusual activity. Where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, the Platform may freeze an account pending investigation, withhold withdrawals, or take other protective action without prior notice to the player.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

phoenixgame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any funds associated with bets placed in violation of these Terms may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons not related to a breach — for example, at your own request — your remaining PHP balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting phoenixgame support. We will process your request promptly and return any eligible balance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, phoenixgame's liability to any player is limited as follows:
